In a ceremony attended by Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi the new garden was opened on the 11th of August 2012.
It has been dubbed “The Three Hills Garden” after contributions from the Magro Group and the well known Gozitan brand that they own and run. The 4400 square metre garden contains six play areas, a water feature and nearly a thousand trees. A lovely addition to Marsalforn for families and children alike.
In conjunction with eco-Gozo the garden has been installed with a reservoir that catches rain water from the garden to be used for watering and solar powered lighting on the foot paths.
